Rickoff Dentistry was in an aging leased and facing operational constraints due to outdated infrastructure, limited space, and inefficient layout. These issues hindered their growth potential and increased operational costs. Additionally, as a tenant, they were missing out on the benefits of owning real estate.
The tenant engaged Reliant Partners to find a relocation solution. After assessing the tenant’s needs and the market, Reliant Partners identified a development opportunity for a new building that accommodated future growth, better space utilization, and the opportunity for ownership in a building. Rickoff Dentistry relocated to a new building as an equity partner along with Reliant Partners, who serves as the property manager, leasing agent and owner-occupant neighbor.
