Scott’s specialty over the past 25 years has been advising investors, tenants, and developers. He has been involved in a complex array of lease, sale, and ground-up development transactions. With a regional and Indiana focus, Scott has accumulated an unmatched rolodex of resources and transactional experience exceeding $600 million. As an IBJ “40 Under 40” award winner and a CCIM designee, Scott has been acknowledged for his accomplishments and CRE knowledge—all put to work with the development of the Reliant Partners 59th & College Building and Reliant Partners 146th Street Building.
Lindsey is an energetic professional who oversees a variety of different responsibilities relating to brokerage support. She takes the lead on arranging meetings and driving operations, recommending strategies to increase organization and productivity, and directing day-to-day procedures. Along with taking on a property manager role, she ensures that everything is running efficiently and right on time at Reliant Partners. While her roots are in sales – she enjoys tackling the challenges of commercial real estate with creativity and critical thinking.
Bobby has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 6 years – with expertise in the healthcare sector. He has helped both small and large healthcare providers navigate and understand the process of selecting a site for their start-up. He also excels in identifying opportunities for clients to either expand or relocate their business. His experience has allowed him to work with both local and national healthcare clients, facilitating and negotiating deals of a variety of size and complexity. At Reliant Partners, his goal is to help educate his clients so they can make the best decision for their investment, based on their individual goals.
Andrew brings a unique dynamic to Reliant Partners. He spent over 4 years assisting both office and industrial clients with their relocation needs by providing moving services, vendor coordination, and project management. He has a background in marketing and owns a drone company called TopShot Aerial Photography, which provides an unparalleled marketing advantage for our clients. His experience, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, allow him to speak to the current state of the market and effectively negotiate deals. Andrew has been involved in over $15M of commercial real estate transactions including building sales, land sales, and tenant representation.
